We will never share, lend, sell, lease or otherwise communicate your personal information to any third party, except as necessary to legitimate members of the real estate lending community, and only pursuant to a mortgage application signed by you.

We maintain a database of the email addresses of people who request to receive information from us over the Internet. We may periodically send to this community additional communication and informative reports on the subject of real estate finance. Each and every message contains clear and simple instructions to cancel further communication from us should you wish to do so.

As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, we are required by law to maintain copies of all client files for at least three years after closing. It is our practice to digitally scan paper files and store the electronic records on our secure severs. We then destroy the physical records.
